Originally hired as a help desk associate, I was promoted for my ability to identify and prevent issues before they became problems.  Created a network monitoring solution to report network issues before they became problems.  Utilized group policy to provide a consistent desktop standard. 
Responsible for maintaining 6 Windows 2003 Servers for 90 users including network administration, updates, backups and troubleshooting.
Installed a DMZ network consisting of an email / web server and an FTP server.
Promoted from Help Desk Associate to Help Desk Coordinator to Technology Coordinator.
Implemented an in house Listserv server that saves thousands of dollars for the organization and provided better service to our members
